Ritar company is a High-Tech joint venture enterprise who is specializing in research, development, manufacture and promotion of Maintenance-Free, Valve-Regulated, sealed lead acid (VRLA) battery and battery chargers in Shenzhen, China. Established in 2002, Ritar has become a quickly-developed lead-acid battery manufacturer, with its headquarters in Shenzhen High-tech Industrial Park, and it has set up two production bases in Shenzhen and Shanghai, with over 1,200 staff at present.

Currently, Ritar occupys 19,326 square metes of workshop in Shenzhen and 13,000 square meters in Shanghai with 1,200 employees in total including 50 researchers, over 100 quality assurance personnel and over 80 sales and customer service personnel. It had set up offices in 28 countries and itfs sales and service engineers are active in more than 55 countries and regions.
